Shipping Cost

Shipping will be calculated at checkout based upon your zip code.

Delivery Times

All orders will be delivered within 4-10 business days. Tracking numbers are provided by carrier to track delivery date.

Please be sure to enter recipient’s correct email address at checkout to ensure recipient receives tracking number from carrier.

Orders ship every Monday or Tuesday depending on customer location and holidays.

Orders must be placed by Thursday at 3pm CST to be shipped the upcoming Monday. Orders placed after Thursday 3pm CST will not ship until the second Monday.

Hawaii, Alaska, and International

At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international addresses. Sorry for the inconvenience.

P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O., or F.P.O. addresses. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Shipping Accuracy

Please carefully enter accurate and valid shipping information. Incorrect shipping addresses may result in delayed, damaged, or undelivered orders. We are not liable for order delays, damages, or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect shipping addresses, nor will replacement products be provided.

Perishable Products & Dry Ice

Perishable products will be shipped frozen with dry ice. Please observe safe handling instructions and never touch dry ice with your bare hands.

We ship product with plenty of dry ice to keep your perishables frozen. However, dry ice may be fully sublimated by the time you open your package.

Please transfer perishable products to the freezer immediately upon receipt of package.

Damaged Product

We ship your perishable products with plenty of dry ice to keep it frozen. Some thawing may occur around the edges, but your product is still safe unless fully thawed.

If for any reason you believe your shipment is damaged, or product is delivered fully thawed, then please document time of package opening, take pictures of the damaged product, and contact us immediately. Do not consume damaged or fully thawed meat.

Returns and Refunds

As we are shipping a perishable product, we will not accept returns for any reason. We trust you will be more than satisfied with your purchase of premium product from Videri.

We are not responsible for product after it has been delivered. Your signature will not be required for delivery. Once product is on your doorstep it is your responsibility to ensure it is transferred to freezer in a timely fashion.

If your products have been delivered damaged or fully thawed, please document time of package opening, take pictures of the damaged product, and contact us immediately. We pride ourselves on offering a superior product and want to make it right with you.
